第九条-非歧视

第九条 of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 prohibits sex discrimination in federally-assisted programs. 具体地说, the law reads: "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, 被剥夺…的利益, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal 金融援助."
